Ed Goldfarb, joined Bella Sorella as musical director,
arranger and accompanist in the Spring of 2009, but he has
been a ubiquitous figure on the San Francisco Bay Area music
scene for more than 20 years. A graduate of UC Berkeley, Ed's
compositions and arrangements have been performed by
ensembles all over the world, including the San Francisco,
New York and London Symphony orchestras. Ed also enjoys a
long-standing collaboration with legendary filmmaker Francis
Ford Coppola, including music for the films "Jack", "Youth
Without Youth", and "Apocalypse Now Redux." In the studio,
Ed has produced records for platinum-selling recording artists
such ad k.d. Lang, Sean Paul, Plain White Ts, and Boyz II Men.
For more than a decade, Ed was co-writer and music director
of San Francisco's renowned "Beach Blanket Babylon," the
